Are there product exclusions?

Are there restrictions on where I can use my gift card?
	These cards cannot be used to make purchases from the website www.Buehlersgifts.com, they can be used to purchase merchandise from www.buehlers.com/shop-online and earn Free Grocery rewards.
Can I buy gift cards in bulk?
	Yes, you’ll need to contact Buehler’s at [email protected] for further assistance.
Can I purchase an item worth more than my gift card?
	Yes -another form of payment will be required for the remaining balance.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash? Can I get money back?
	No.
Can I transfer a balance from one card to another?
	No, currently this option is unavailable.
Can I use the purchased gift card outside the United States?
	No.
How can I check the balance on my gift card?
	You can check the balance of your Buehler’s gift card by calling 1-888-529-6578. See the number on the reverse side of other retailer cards for their balance information.
How do I activate my gift card?
	It is active when you receive it.
Is the gift card re-loadable?
	Gift cards can be reloaded in a store only, this feature is unavailable online at this time.
Is the gift card recyclable?
	Yes.
Is there a limit to the amount I can load onto a card?
	Yes, the maximum limit is $500.00.
Is there an auto-reload option? If yes, how often does this occur?
	No.
Is there an expiration date for my gift card?
	After 24 consecutive months of non-use a dormant fee of $2.00 will be deducted from the remaining balance as allowed by law. At 60 months from date of the last funding of this card the card expires and has no value.
What if the card is declined?
	E-mail the gift card number to [email protected] or stop by any Buehler’s Service Center for assistance.
Will I receive Free grocery Rewards with my purchases?
	Yes, but some exclusions may apply. See the store or buehlers.com/free-groceries for complete details.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
	To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, click here.
