|What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?|
|Gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Under certain circumstances and if the card has not been redeemed, we may be able to reissue a card if you have your gift card number and proof of purchase. See specific retailer for their rules and regulations on a return policy.|
|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. We do not collect any personal information at all when a gift card is purchased or used. We will only collect your e-mail address.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. All gift card orders are final. We cannot cancel gift cards - either Buehler’s or other retailers.|
